    Cisgender means biologically born and still am that gender. Born male, still male.

    Where as someone who changes sexes from male to female isn't a cisgender anymore as they aren't their born sex, at least that's what I've understood it to mean.

    Cisgender is a term for people whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned at birth.
